Meet the Founder
Shay Conley has always loved fashion but never knew she would start a business cleaning luxury bags. One day she was looking to get her designer bags cleaned and could not find a nearby company offering that service, so she decided to learn everything she needed to clean and preserve her own bag.
As a result, her friends were impressed by her skills and requested that she restore their handbags. Well, this is when she decided to establish Shay’s Specialty Purse Cleaning Services and Repair business in 2007. Since then Shay has been making customers happy one purse at a time. With her decade of providing quality work at affordable prices, she has had the experience of maintaining the natural beauty of bags such as Chanel, Gucci, Bottega Veneta, and Louis Vuitton to name a few.
Shay Conley Lives in Los Angeles and has two adult sons. When she is not working, she enjoys volunteering at her church and cooking for friends and family.
